Jaermann & Stübi AG is owned by Urs Jaermann, Pascal Stübi and the Centum Prata Group. The Centum Prata Group comprises companies in the fields of finance and property, leisure, water sports and luxury goods. The CEO and Vice Chairman of the Centum Prata Group is Dr Renato Vanotti, who also heads the Executive Board of Jaermann & Stübi. The other members of the Executive Board are Urs Jaermann and Pascal Stübi, who are also responsible for managing the company's day-to-day business operations.
